A complete online platform (smart-serves.com) for rating businesses and craftsmen, built entirely with Laravel 11 and a multi-guard system that manages different user types (customers, business owners, craftsmen and admins). The platform includes a dedicated mobile app built with Flutter, a secure API connection through Sanctum, and a complete sitemap system to support search engine optimization (SEO).
Media Serve developed and improved the platform by:
- Building a multi-path login and authentication system (Multi-Guard Authentication), including social login (OAuth)
- Fully localizing the dashboard and the front end
- Developing a smart notification system for each user type
- Connecting the mobile app to the platform through a secure API
- Securing the site, fixing vulnerabilities and keeping it stable
